Are you ready to take your basketball skills to the next level? This class is built for boys and girls, 4th-7th grader, ready to train and play at a higher level. Each session includes about 20 minutes of fundamental skill work focused on dribbling, passing, catching, and shooting. Followed by learning how to score using layups, teardrops, catch and shoot, and free throws. Class ends with about 20 minutes of scrimmage. Players receive advanced instruction and learn what is expected to play on a middle school team while building confidence through training and hard work.
